Andreya Dalianis

Andreya Dalianis is responsible for leading a portfolio across five major Department of Navy Programs (PEO USC, PEO SHIPS, PEO SUBS, PEO EIS, and PEO IWS) requiring her to work with senior military officers in managing program issues. These client engagements are focused on financial planning and budgeting, program management, strategic planning, audit readiness, and portfolio management for the U.S. Navy. Andreya has served integral roles across various programs, including Program Planning and Engineering, cost estimation, risk analysis, process mapping, financial analysis, cybersecurity, continuous process improvement, and portfolio management.

 

Andreya is PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green belt certified and holds a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University. Although New Yorker at heart, Andreya resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and two young sons. In her rare free time, she enjoys running, traveling, and winning fantasy football championships.
