Tom Sullivan

Tom Sullivan has over 14 years of financial cost modeling and business strategy experience across the commercial and federal sectors. He is currently a Lead Associate at Herren Associates managing a contract supporting the Navy’s Surface Ship Modernization Program (SEA21/PMS407) at NAVSEA Headquarters. In support of PMS407, Mr. Sullivan manages the development of cost models for nine different ship classes to aid the budget submission process. Additionally, he develops metrics and presentations for Senior Leadership to track the program’s success.

Prior to supporting PMS407 at Herren, Mr. Sullivan worked at PwC where he supported a strategic risk assessment for the U.S. Department of Education, and reverse supply chain project for the mutilated coin program run by the U.S. Mint. Additionally, Mr. Sullivan worked for Pace Global Energy Services, a Siemen’s Business, where he developed financial cost models and evaluated emerging technologies for commercial natural gas, LNG, and biofuel related projects.

Mr. Sullivan received his MBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago and his BBA from the University of Notre Dame. He is PMP certified.
