Heath Marshall is a Management Consultant with experience in government and commercial consulting providing analytical, program management, and advisory services. He currently supports PMS 320 Electric Ships Office by facilitating the transfer new energy technologies to the Naval Fleet. He has supported Program Offices throughout PEO Ships while serving as managing editor for both the Naval Power & Energy Systems Technology Development Roadmap and the Navy’s Flexible Ships Roadmap. He has also supported the FAA by evaluating conversion requirements from Instructor Led Training to Technology Based Training for personnel in all training pipelines and executed pro-bono work for Good360 to streamline their enterprise resource process.
Previously working in the Navy, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Deloitte, Heath has experience in all facets of business operations ranging from Total Ownership Cost (TOC) calculations to cutting edge technology development. His experience as a Nuclear Power Officer provided expertise in personnel management, quality control / assurance, maritime shipboard operations, and seaport activities.
Heath holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
