Jeffrey M. Voth is the President of Herren Associates, Inc., an engineering and technology firm headquartered in Washington, D.C., dedicated to delivering critical outcomes and maximizing taxpayer value. Jeff began at Herren as a summer intern in 1998, joining full-time the following year. Early on, he was part of a multi-year joint industry-government team implementing high-performance computing solutions for demanding military environments—an effort recognized with the Defense Standardization Program Achievement Award.
Throughout his career, Jeff has led strategic and technical initiatives, including one of the largest independent analyses on forecasting effectiveness across 116 major defense acquisition programs. He regularly publishes insights on disruptive technologies transforming the defense industry and the economic impacts of global megaprojects, influencing dialogue at the intersection of technology and defense.
Jeff’s recognitions include “40 Business Leaders Under Forty” by the Washington Business Journal and multiple Inc. 500 awards, recognizing the most innovative and fastest-growing companies. He holds an MSc with distinction from St. Catherine’s College, University of Oxford, an MBA from Georgetown University, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
